How an Account Executive works.
Account Executives at YepJob are on the front lines of helping organizations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. You will advocate Job Search technology to leading companies across multiple states and promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative and mobile. Your passion for YepJob will ultimately help more organizations connect with great people.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth by selling YepJob Membership to small to medium sized employers
Develop relationships by way of phone, email, social media and professional networking
Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and face to face
Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline
Analyze and present monthly analytics reports to advertisers
Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
Requirements:
Cool sense of humor
Bachelor’s Degree
The ability to learn and apply new concepts in a hurry
An interest in building upon an existing successful track record in sales
An excitement for challenges
A metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude
0-2 years of experience selling in a sales-driven environment
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Experience with an online CRM
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Passion to educate and sell
