We are currently representing one of the largest regional staffing firms in the US with offices in NY, NJ, CT, and California. They are seeking a Director of Sales.
Reporting to the COO and a member of Senior Management, The Director of Sales will provide leadership and maintain a focus on strategic goals.
Responsible for managing and coaching the existing sales team as well as recruiting additional team members.
Develop sales and marketing plans for the team
Prioritize activities and manage staff time and commitments
Development, maintain and improve customer relationships
Oversee all hiring, training and terminations of department personnel
Skills & Experience
Track record of building and leading a staffing service sales force
Entrepreneurial drive to push the business to the next level through personal sales and the existing sales force
Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Marketing sense
Management and Administrative abilities
Customer service, presentation and time management skills
Excellent communication and computer skills
Bachelor's Degree, excellent GPA
Base plus commissions and overrides
