MANAGING DIRECTOR OF IT AND CREATIVE/DIGITAL STAFFING
Our client, one of the largest regional staffing firms in the US with offices in NY, NJ, CT and CA is seeking a Managing Director for it's IT and Creative/Digital Staffing team.
Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and sales function of their well established IT government contracting division while broadening it to provide services to the private sector
Responsible for re-establishing and building the Creative staffing business
Will have full P&L responsibility
Participate with senior management to create sales and marketing plans; setting goals and develop forecasts
Personally seek and target new sales opportunities and secure new business
Will mentor and go out on sales calls and develop the team
Prepare RFP responses
Oversee pipeline including prioritizing and managing staff time
Develop, maintain and improve business relationships
Skills & Experience
Track record of finding and closing new IT and/or Creative business (Direct Hire would be a PLUS)
Entrepreneurial drive to take business to next level
Marketing sense
Strong Management and Administrative abilities
Customer service, presentation and time management skills
Bachelor's Degree with excellent GPA
